Product Description
Urea granules are coated with 1% polymer after which they are coated with sulfur. Polymer coating makes the sulfur coating more flexible and durable. This product can effectively control the nitrogen release to match crop’ s nitrogen demand, thus increases nitrogen use efficiency. The longevity of (PSCU) is about three months. The release rate depends on the soil temperature and the thickness of the membrane. The
higher the soil temperature, the faster the nitrogen releases. Soil moisture, pH, and the activity of soil microorganisms have little impact on the fertilizer nitrogen release.

Directions for Use
Polymer Sulfur Coated Urea (PSCU) is appropriate for most field crops, especially for corn, wheat, rice and tomato.
Corn, wheat, rice, tomato: As a base fertilizer can be used alone, but a positive result can be predicted when it is applied with other base fertilizers (containing available nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium).
The application rate of PSCU is about 300 to 750kg per hectare, which varies depending on the crop’ s nitrogen need. PSCU can be applied as side-banding or hole-application at a depth of 10 to 15 cm in soils.
Avoid applying it together with seeds. In dry regions irrigation is needed to release the nitrogen and enhance crop growth. Top dressing with nitrogen may be beneficial although single basal application could meet crop’ s nitrogen needs during the whole growth period.
